How do I know what size to purchase?

When you are viewing the garments, you can click on the sizing guide beside the size buttons to view the product measurements and/or a size chart specific to the brand.  Since Minimodel Gallery carries brands that vary slightly in size, please refer to our product measurements and brand’s size chart to ensure you have ordered the correct size.  For certain clothes or accessories that deviate from our sizing guide, we also make notes or tips under their product description.  If you need more help in sizing, please send us an email at [email protected]  to customer service and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the merchandise availability at your on-line boutique?

The item availability is subject to change at Minimodel Gallery.  Our merchandise availability synchronizes with our stock at our very best effort.  If you placed the order on the items that are out of stock, we will inform you about the unavailability and refund your payment shortly after the order is placed.

Can you place an order on items that appear to be out of stock? 

Our collections are carefully handpicked by our merchandise buyers who ensure they are parallel to the trends of the season.  Our collections are ordered in limited quantities and we do not restock out of stock items to ensure our customers that each garment is special and one of a kind.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

We provide a gift wrapping services for package delivers within Canada and U.S.!  Please make a special notes that you wish to have your purchase gift-boxed under ‘Order Notes’ at checkout and our customer service will contact you shortly for further arrangement.  We will place your items in tissue papers and place them in a gift box which will be wrapped with our beautiful paper and our signature ribbon.  A card will be included in the package for you to write your personal message.  If the package is sent directly to the gift receiver, please provide us your message and we will write the personal message for you.

In order to keep our international shipping fee competitive, gift wrapping services are only provided to Canadian and U.S. customers.  If you are an international customer and wish us to provide gift wrapping, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].  We will try our best to make special arrangement for you.

How do I use a promotional code?

After adding items to your cart, you can click on the “Cart” icon located at the top of this site to view your shopping cart.  Once you are in the shopping cart, you may review your order and enter your “Promotional Code” under Coupon Code.

How do I make a purchase?

You can place an order by creating an account, by logging in, or as a guest.  We recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions before you start shopping.   For faster checkout you can create an account on the website by completing the registration form.  Registering will also allow you to receive email on new arrivals and promotions, track order shipments, and verify the order status of your purchases.

What payment methods does the website accept?

We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card and wish to make a purchase, you can use Paypal as a payment method by creating an account with them.  Please keep in mind the fact that some cards may require an authorization from the issuing bank.  Your credit card information will be encrypted and will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used to complete the purchasing operations and to issue refunds in case of items returns.

What is the final price and currency rate of my invoice?

Our web site has a currency converter feature which helps customers to approximate the Canadian values in their local currency.  All published prices and final amounts shown on the invoices will be in Canadian dollars and the debited amounts may vary depending on bank commissions and currency fluctuations of your bank or your selected form of payment.  Minimodel Gallery encourages clients to contact their home bank and electronic payment company for the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions and foreign currency rates related to the transaction.  Please note that $ always refers to CAD (Canadian Dollars).

How much is the sale taxes?

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.  For orders shipped within Canada, sales taxes will be applied according to the shipping destination of the associated order.  Sales taxes will be calculated for the following provinces:

New Foundland and New Brunswick are subjected to 13% HST

The rest of provinces are subjected to 5% GST

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you if you have placed your order successfully.  Once we have processed your order, we will also send your order and shipping details for you to review and to follow the shipping status of your package.  You can view your order status by logging in to your account or email our customer service [email protected].

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Certainly!  You can cancel or make changes to your order as long as your package has not been shipped.  Your packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.  Please contact us at [email protected]  and our customer service representative will be happy to assist you.  You can also view your order details by logging into your account.

Where do you ship?  What does your shipping fee include?

Minimodel Gallery is currently shipping to Canada, US, selected major countries in Europe and Asia as we are committed to serving customers around the world.  Your shipping fee includes packaging and shipping fees.  We disclaim any responsibility for additional local taxes, duty fees, brokerage fees, and delays due to customs or other reasons that are beyond our control.  Additional payment of Delivery Due Unpaid (DDU) fees are solely the responsibility of the customers.  For orders shipped outside of Canada, please consult with your customs acts and regulations of your country.  If you do not find the country listed in our shipping country, please contact us via [email protected].

To ensure shipments will be successfully delivered to our customers, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses due to courier restrictions.

What if the package is sent to a wrong address, non-received and returns? 

If the package is sent back or returned to us via by our postal service, you will be paying actual shipping fee which is not according to our shipping fee chart and the sales taxes paid on the shipping of that package.  We will contact you once we received the package and we will inform you the remaining balance that we will credit you. 

How long is the delivery time of my order?

All shipment are processed from Monday to Friday.  Delivery time depends on the final shipping destination.  All parcels are shipped via our postal service company as indicated on the shipping fee chart.  You can choose the shipping method that best suited to your need.  Minimodel Gallery is passionate to please our customers and strive to delivery our shipment on time.  Please refer to the shipping chart for delivery cost and time.

What is your return policy?

Minimodel Gallery is committed to provide our customers a pleasurable and enjoyable shopping experience.  Our remarkable customer service provides personal support from gift advices to any questions relating to order inquiries.  Our website provides our customers with high quality product images, detailed product descriptions and sizing information.

Minimodel Gallery ensures each of our products is sent to our customers in new and perfect condition.  If you received an incorrect product or a damaged product due to shipping, please email us 7 days within the receipt of merchandise.  If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please email us 14 days within receipt of merchandise.  Please refer to “How do I return my product?” for further information.  We are more than happy to offer you an exchange of the same item in different size and/or a different color or a credit note.  If you choose to receive a credit note for the returning product, we will provide you a credit note in the original order amount of the product(s) less the shipping and its sales taxes fee of your original order.  The credit note is valid on our website within 6 months of receipt of merchandise and it applies to all of our brands.

Please note that the merchandise(s) must not be worn, altered, washed, or in a perfect state of resale and be accompanied by original tags or original packaging.  Any original tags or packaging that is deteriorated will neither exchange or receive a store credit note.

Minimodel Gallery do not accept return items that have not meet the conditions that are mentioned above and we may denied exchanges or returns that are received without a Refund/Exchange Authorization.

Unless you received a written notice from our customer service department, all shipping fees associated with returning the items to us as well as the replacement item are the customer’s responsibility.  Minimodel Gallery is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during delivery.  Due to this reason, we recommend returns that are shipped with service that provides a tracking number and insured.

What product can I return?  

Please note that the merchandise(s) must not be worn, altered, washed, or in a perfect state of resale and be accompanied by original tags or original packaging.  Any original tags or packaging that is deteriorated will neither exchange or receive a store credit note.

Minimodel Gallery accepts any return product except swimwear, all sale or out-of-season items.

How do I return my product?   

Minimodel Gallery wants to make things easy for our customers so that they will enjoy shopping with us.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] to make a Return/Exchange Authorization request.  To ensure you will have an easy and pleasurable experience, please include your name, shipping address, order number, product that you would like to return/exchange and the reason of returning/exchange.  We will provide you a Return Authorization/Exchange email which will include your Return/Exchange Authorization Number (RA#) and the returning information for you to proceed.

For our U.S. and International Customer Returns

All return items should be declared as “Return of Canadian Merchandise” on the customs declaration.  Return packages that do not have this mention on their custom declaration will incur brokerage fee, and delay in shipment.  Any additional fees may be deducted from your return at the discretion of Minimodel Gallery.

What is the deadline for returning product? 

Once you have received a Return/Exchange Authorization Number from us, you will have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the items to us.  Minimodel Gallery recommend you to choose a postal service that will guarantee your return product will ship to us on time as we are not responsible for any exchange/return if we received your return product(s) after 14 calendar days.

How do I know if you have received my returning product?

Once we received your return parcel and validate your return, you will receive a confirmation email of your product having been returned.  Minimodel Gallery will then create a credit note and mail a confirmation to you.
